WE BECOME OURSELVES ...

Dear Friends of SOIL
I am Prajakta Cholkhane, an executuve from Pune. I work as a project manager and handle a team of 32 people.
It's a huge responsibility to handle a team where folks are more experienced than you. All I needed was good management skills where patience plays a vital role.
I learnt this from my mother who is my ideal. She came from a small village. Her education was just 10th grade.
She got introduced to SOIL about 18 years back. The teaching of SOIL told her that every humanbeing is a seed. Potential of a seed lies in its growing into a tree.
The seed, called the hidden potential, unfolds in humanbeing under right nourishment of teaching with practices preferably guided by a teacher.
My mother followed the essence of Soil teachings and followed practices unfailingly getting up at 4 am in the morning. Under their influence she developed a great self confidence, creatvity and . order.Today she is the founder of a school with 300 students and 32 staff members.
What I learnt from her was consistency and avoiding distractions. In the world of negativity, it's very important to keep your roots strong and focus your mind.
This is achieved through Soil
practices .Consistency in practicing the Soil has made me and my family unique from the crowd.
It's well said, "If you want grow in life, know and practice what uplifts life". To be successful is to " Do something different than what is ordinary in life", that something is SOIL.
Whereas people around me struggle to handle work-life balance, I'm winning employee of the month and best team leader awards.
SOIL is now my part of the daily life. Patience and optimistic view are my strength and these are qualities for which I'm known in my cadre. I'd like to thank Soil for teaching me the way of living.
